PORTLAND, Ore., August 6, 2021 / PRNewswire / – Erickson Inc. announces that it has retained Houlihan Lokey, Inc. to explore strategic alternatives to accelerate the company’s growth and maintain its leadership position in the industry.

Founded in 1971, Erickson’s manufacturing and MRO services include the manufacture of the S-64 Air Crane® helicopter as an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) as well as the manufacture of key aerospace parts for aerospace equipment manufacturers. Commercial air services include the operation of 20 S-64 Air Crane® helicopters owned and operated by Erickson to perform firefighting, power line construction, timber harvesting, HVAC and specialized heavy lift for the oil and gas.
