  • Click the View Result button to get the results
  • Click the Print Result button to get the printout
  • To obtain the ICSE 2021 results on your mobile SMS ICSE to 09248082883
  • To obtain the ISC 2021 results on your Mobile SMS ISC at 09248082883

Once declared, schools can upload and access their students’ results on the CISCE Careers Portal using the principal’s login and password.

The CISCE had earlier said: “Candidates appearing for the exam will receive a computer-generated score sheet. This score sheet will only show the marks obtained by the candidates in each subject or paper they took for the Semester 1 exam.


The Council has been constituted in such a way as to ensure proper representation from: Government of India, Governments of States/Union Territories in which there are schools affiliated to the Council, Interstate Council for Anglophone Education -Indian, the Association of Indian Universities, the Association of Headmasters of Anglo-Indian Schools, Conference of Indian Public Schools, Association of Schools for ISC Examination and members co-opted by the Executive Committee of the Council.

In 1952, an All India Certificate Examinations Conference was held under the chairmanship of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, Minister of Education. The main objective of the conference was to consider the replacement of the Cambridge School Certificate Examination overseas with an All India Examination. This set the agenda for the creation of the Council.

In October 1956, at the meeting of the Interstate Council for Anglo-Indian Education, a proposal was passed for the establishment of an Indian Council to administer the examination of the Local Examinations Syndicate of the University of Cambridge in India and to advise the Union on how best to adapt its examination to the needs of the country. The inaugural Council meeting was held on November 3, 1958.

In December 1967 the Council was registered as a society under the Societies Registration Act, 1860.

In 1973, the Council was listed in the Delhi School Education Act 1973, as a body conducting “public” examinations.
