Kerala students will assess class 10, 12 question papers, says Education Minister V Sivankutty

Kerala Minister of Education, V Sivankutty has announced that Kerala students will now assess their own questions for Class 10 and 12 public examinations. The announcement was made in order to better understand the students and their feedback will be used to restructure articles. Details below.

The students in Kerala will now assess their own questions for the public examinations of classes 10 and 12. Minister of National Education, V Sivankutty made the announcement today, March 19, 2022. The minister said this will be the first time students will evaluate the quizzes.

“Perhaps for the first time in India, students in Kerala will assess their public examination X and XII on papers. Their contributions will be used for the restructuring,” the minister tweeted.

The decision to allow students to assess question papers for class 10 and 12 board exams held in the state. In doing so, the minister said, student feedback will be helpful in understanding and restructuring accordingly. The educational system for students will be improved and structured according to the feedback given by students during the evaluation.

“Students should have the first and last say in education. Assessment should also change with the times. This is the Kerala model,” he added. Class 10 students from Kerala are expected to appear for the Kerala SSLC Exams 2022 from March 31 to April 29, 2022. Kerala SSLC Plus Two and Vocational 2022 exams will be held from March 30 to April 22, 2022.

Class 12 model exam, Kerala DHSE Plus two 2022 exams started on March 16, 2022 and will end on March 23. The Directorate of Upper Secondary Education, DHSE Plus Two exams are held in two shifts – morning from 9.45am to 12.30pm and evening shift from 2 PM to 4.45pm.
