October 2022 License Exam for Fishing Professionals

The following is a press release from the Professional Regulation Commission.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 716 out of 1,966 have passed the Fishery Professional Licensing Examination held by the Fisheries Council in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga in October 2022.

Members of the Fisheries Council who have passed the license review are Westly R. Rosario, President; Catalino R. Dela Cruz, Carlos C. Baylon, Gerald F. Quinitio and Joebert D. Toledo, members.

Results were released within three (3) business days of the last day of examination.

From November 7 to November 8, 2022, registration for the issuance of the professional identity card (CI) and the registration certificate will be done online. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow the instructions for initial registration. Those registering should bring the following: Completed Oath or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal form, Notice of Admission (for identification only), 2 passport size photos (colored with white background and full name tag), 2 sets of stamp documents and 1 short brown envelope. Successful candidates must personally register and sign in the list of registered professionals.

The date and place of the swearing-in ceremony for the new winners of the said examination will be announced later.
