UPPSC Holds Pre-2022 PCS, Over 6,000 Candidates Registered to Take Exam | India News

UPPSC PCS – Before 2022: The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) is conducting a Combined State and Senior Subordinate Services (Preliminary) 2022 (PCS-Pre 2022) examination on Sunday at 1,303 centers across the state. The UPPSC has set up these examination centers in 28 districts of the state. 6,03,536 candidates are registered for the competition which will recruit candidates for nearly 350 positions, including 39 SDM positions, 93 SP deputy positions and 36 BDO positions. The PCS (Pre)-2022 takes place in two shifts – from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Candidates will be admitted inside the exam center 30 minutes before the start of the exam and the entrance will be closed 10 minutes before the start of the exam. No candidate will be allowed to enter the exam center after that, he added.

The commission is to set up examination centers in 28 districts including Agra, Ghazipur, Jyotibaphule Nagar, Maharajganj, Mainpuri, Muzaffarnagar, Saharanpur, Shahjahanpur, Prayagraj, Azamgarh, Bareilly, Gorakhpur, Ayodhya, Ghaziabad, Jaunpur, Jhansi, Kanpur Nagar, Lucknow, Barabanki, Meerut, Moradabad, Rae Bareli in addition to Varanasi, Sitapur, Mirzapur, Mathura, Deoria and Mau.
